Listing your home as a private exclusive allows you to control what information is shared about you and your home while still getting exposure to top agents at Compass. What does this mean? It means that while your home is a Private Exclusive, Compass Realtors will be able to show your property through the Compass App but it won’t be consumer searchable on the internet or the MLS.

Why is this beneficial? If you are testing a high price this is a great way to see if that price is possible without accumulating days on the market in the MLS. If you want to limit the number of people to see your home because of privacy reasons, this is the way to go. Compass is the only real estate brokerage in the area to have a tech platform where Compass Exclusives can come directly to a Buyer’s phone as soon as they’re listed. It makes it so easy to share without blasting the property on the internet.

It’s also great for Buyers to be able to get into a home many Buyers won’t even know about, giving them a jump on the market.
